  • At The Brave Kind Co., we lovingly inspect and package each item before it ships—but if something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

    We gladly accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thebravekindco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

    Once approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive it.
